The Creation of Problems

APRIL 29, 2024

When dealing with different offices in order to get my business re-established in North Carolina, I wonder who is behind all the forms, rules and regulations. Or is it just the result of a culture in which they create problems first so they can solve them later and make money? Believe it or not, but I have seen that happen in construction, where plumbers work with the contractor to create more work. They poorly fit pipes, cover them up with drywall and when they break, they come to repair the damage. The inspector cannot see this and the plumber only has to have a license.

Much like in politics where the willingness to do good gets covered under damage control of problems that were just created. A little bit like the firearms that get sold to Mexico and when people want to look for a safe haven in the USA they become the problem. I rather not write about politics because the emotions that are attached to various opinions people feel strongly about, is out of control.

I prefer to stay away from the official side of the business but I also want to do the right thing. It has been frustrating to deal with the system in moving my company OELE LLC to Asheville. I noticed that there are people who like to create a problem first so they can solve it for a ‘small’ fee. By the time you get to them you are so frustrated with the system that you are willing to pay the fee, big or small. This is the reason why there is no motivation to change the system.
